Cookie policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what cookies are, what types exist, which ones this site uses and how you can manage them. It applies to the Yutemi website. The app does not use cookies; what the app measures is explained in the Privacy policy.
In short
This site does not use cookies or similar technologies, such as browser local storage, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting. We do not use analytics or advertising tools. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or reject.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information, for example that you signed in or which language you prefer. Some are set by the website itself and others by third-party services the website loads, such as statistics or advertising tools.
Types of cookies and which ones we use
| Type | What they do | On this site |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Make the website work: keeping a session open, a shopping cart or remembering your cookie choice. They do not need your consent. | Not used The site has no accounts, sessions or cart. |
| Analytics | Count visits and measure how people browse the website in order to improve it. They need your consent. | Not used We do not measure visits. |
| Marketing | Follow your browsing across different websites to show you personalized ads. They need your consent. | Not used We do not show ads. |
Third-party content
The site loads nothing from other domains: the font, styles and images are served from here, so no third party can set cookies when you visit it. Some links lead to other sites, such as the app stores or data protection authorities. Those sites have their own cookie policies, which only affect you if you open them.
How to manage your preferences
Since we do not use cookies, there are no preferences to save here. Even so, you can view, delete or block cookies from any website in your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies, or "Delete browsing data".
- Safari on iPhone: Settings → Apps → Safari → "Clear History and Website Data" and "Block All Cookies".
- Safari on Mac: Safari → Settings → Privacy → "Manage Website Data".
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Menu names may vary depending on your browser version.
If this ever changes
If the site ever needs non-essential cookies, before setting any:
- we will show you a banner with "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Customize", all with the same size and prominence;
- we will not set any non-essential cookie until you accept it, and rejecting will be as easy as accepting;
- you will be able to change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer;
- we will update this policy with the list of every cookie: name, who sets it, what it does and how long it lasts.
